Start date and location: Winter 2024/2025, in the UK

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean for a couple of years, with plans to head around the world afterwards

Qualifications needed: Mate should have YM Offshore, or excellent experience, and the chef should have some cooking qualifications

Skills needed: The mate, and ideally the chef, should have strong sailing skills. Engineering, diving and extra skills such as kitesurf instructor etc are valued

Experience needed: 2 years on yachts, including 2 seasons+ onboard S/Ys

This 27m new build S/Y is looking for a mate and chef couple to join the captain and deck/stew couple onboard, when the build reaches completion. The lovely owners are super enthusiastic about their yacht and plan to spend a lot of time onboard, with the itinerary to include off the beaten track locations, and the odd regatta. This yacht is being built to a very high spec, so the owners are looking for a hard working couple to join the crew, who are passionate about sailing and about working onboard. The chef should be a versatile, experienced and keen cook, and the mate should be a strong sailor, ideally with extra skills, who is willing to assist in the interior as well, when necessary. There is a good package on offer for the right couple.
