44m world travelling S/Y

8 months on, 4 months off

Start date and location: Early November, in the Med (flexible)

Itinerary: Autumn yard period in the Med, Caribbean winter, Pacific, NZ and onwards

Qualifications needed: YM Offshore minimum, ideally YM Ocean or OOW. A B1/B2 visa would be advantageous

Skills needed: Must have great maintenance, tender driving, organisational, and sailing skills

Experience needed: The bosun should come from a sailing background and have worked on yachts for minimum 2 years, including 1 year+ onboard 35m+ S/Ys. Must have experience using in-boom furling, working aloft and with safety procedures.

This private dual season high performance S/Y is looking for a strong sailing bosun to join the team. The bosun should be a career-minded crew member who is looking to commit long term and who really takes pride in their work. The crew onboard this yacht are tight knit and enjoy socialising and doing sports together outside of work, so a friendly bosun who enjoys kitesurfing, dinghy sailing and wakeboarding would be ideal! There is a fantastic cruising program coming up that will take in the Caribbean, Pacific, NZ…and beyond.
