Temporary engineer, 38m S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a temporary delivery engineer for a 38m S/Y

Start date and location: The Bahamas, ASAP (10th-13th April)

Itinerary: A few days handover with the full-time engineer, then heading up to Newport for a quick yard period. From there the yacht will sail to Greenland, stopping at Canada en route.

Qualifications needed: Must have AEC 1&2 and a B1/B2 visa in hand

Skills needed: The engineer should be a good all-round sailing yacht engineer with great maintenance, hydraulics and organisational skills.

Experience needed: At least two years on S/Ys, including plenty of passage making, with a sailing and/or engineering background valued

Details:

This 38m S/Y is looking for a temporary sailing engineer to step in for the full-time engineer during this exciting trip up to Greenland. There will be a handover with the current engineer. A great chance engineers looking to boost their seatime.
