Itinerary: Dual season Med/Caribbean

Qualifications needed: Captain must have YM Ocean. Any culinary or sailing qualifications held by the chef/stew would be a bonus

Skills needed: Both crew must be strong sailors with great maintenance and organisational skills. The captain should also be a confident engineer. The chef/stew should be a versatile cook, a natural hostess and also have book-keeping skills.

Experience needed: Must have extensive experience as a captain couple onboard sailing yachts, including plenty of time onboard sailing catamarans - and ideally Gunboats. Proven longevity is a must. The couple should have regatta and offshore experience.

Start date and location: ASAP, Palma de Mallorca

Itinerary: Cruising the Med with the owner over summer

Qualifications needed: The mate should hold their YM Offshore, but great candidates without this will be considered. Non EU citizens must have seaman’s discharge books.

Skills needed: The mate should have great sailing, tender driving, cleaning and basic maintenance skills. The cook/stew should be a keen cook with cleaning and organisational abilities.

Experience needed: The couple should have at least one season’s experience in similar roles. The mate should have experience standing watches. Background(s) in sailing and/or hospitality valued.

Itinerary: Med / Caribbean, including regattas

Qualifications needed: The captain must have their YM Ocean

Skills needed: The captain must be a strong sailor with great engineering, maintenance and organisational skills. The chef/stew should be a versatile all-rounder with some sailing skills.

Experience needed: Minimum 2 years on sailing yachts, ideally including experience running a similar sized S/Y as a couple crew

We are looking for an experienced, organised, calm and upbeat couple to take the helm of this CNB76. The ideal couple will be strong sailors and versatile all-rounders, with friendly, upbeat personalities and the ability to hit the ground running and ensure the efficient running of the yacht from the start.

This yacht operates under a 50/50 owner and charter trip schedule, with max 16 weeks usage per year and max 8 guests onboard. The owners enjoy racing, and aim to participate in a few regattas each year. Friendly, experienced owners who love sailing, and a good package on offer for the right candidates.
